Tattoo Application:
1.tattoo is applied on clean, dry and cream free skin 2. cut the desired theme and remove the transparent foil 3.place tattoo face down on skin 4. wet tattoo by water and press with damp cloth or sponge for about 30 seconds longer or until template off the paper 5.Carefully remove the top backing paper and decal is applied 6.lightly rinse with water to increase the tattoo effect .

Tattoo Removal:
To remove your Flash Tattoo simply soak your skin in spirit, baby oil, olive oil or coconut oil for one minute then gently scrub off. Repeat as necessary. Apply lotion to moisturize and soothe the skin area.
